Eyelid Procedures, or Blepharoplasty, is the removal of fat stored in the lower eyelid that causes baggy eyes. In some cases, excessive skin can cause vision problems. Excessive folds on the upper eyelid can easily be removed, providing a younger look.
The upper and lower eyelid procedures are usually performed at the same time, under sedation.
